For a long time, Taiwan's diplomatic performance has faced many development bottlenecks under the deliberate suppression of the Chinese government. In order to break through the diplomatic dilemma formed by the long-term serious obstruction of the Chinese government, Taiwan has actively participated in international affairs and demonstrated that Taiwan has given back to the international community with its own resources. The high level of willingness and ability of the government has become the keynote of the government's diplomacy. Humanitarian diplomacy, human rights and democracy diplomacy, economic diplomacy, and national diplomacy are the four specific directions to implement this diplomatic tone; non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that are transnational, non-profit, and led by civil society, It is bound to take on a heavy task in Taiwan's future diplomatic work.

In response to the importance of international aboriginal issues and affairs, in addition to integrating into the Taiwan Indigenous Nations Alliance, the association expects the future direction to be the establishment of an aboriginal international cooperation and exchange center, which should be jointly formed by a domestic aboriginal NGO alliance in the future. , to establish a platform for the exchange of international affairs of indigenous peoples. Its main purposes are: 1. To share the international exchange experience of various aboriginal groups in Taiwan. 2. Strengthen the ties and exchanges in international affairs among the aboriginal groups in Taiwan. 3. Integrate the diplomatic tracks of government departments and civil society, and facilitate exchanges and dialogues between Taiwan's aboriginal groups and international aboriginal groups, human rights groups, other social groups, and the United Nations, so as to enhance the role of Taiwan's aborigines in the international community. visibility. 4. Provide possible directions and strategies for cooperation and exchanges between Taiwanese aborigines, the Austronesian language groups in Asia, and international aborigines. 5. Put forward suggestions on the methods of cultivating aboriginal diplomatic leaders, and plan the concept of aboriginal ambassadors and the possibility of setting up an aboriginal diplomatic work center.
