1. Activity plans to promote Taiwan's aboriginal industry, economy, culture, education and care. Expand connections with the countries of the "Austronesian" archipelago. And through the above exchange forms to establish cross-border connection and care network.
2. To establish friendship among the Austronesian speakers from similar aboriginal cultures and histories, and to deepen the interaction between the people through activities such as culture and art, performing music and dance, and creative ideas.
3. Encourage aboriginal youth to learn traditional culture, cultivate cultural and creative talents through bilateral mutual visits, cultivate cultural practitioners, preserve traditional tribal culture, promote the study of traditional culture, and promote and develop the fine culture of the Austronesian language group.
