Khu Cultural Warehouse
Originating from the core values of the Atayal people's spirit of sharing, the Khu Cultural Repository is a digital platform that brings together tribal wisdom and cultural memories. By collecting tribal legends, oral accounts from elders, cultural stories, and course outcomes, we have built the "Khu Digital Cultural Repository" to preserve, understand, and perpetuate precious cultural knowledge.
The platform's content covers legends, tribal plant knowledge, Gaga cultural norms, and Khu core concepts, systematically digitizing the tribe's intangible cultural assets and making it an important cultural base for generational sharing, learning, and inheritance.

The core values that maintain tribal life and cultural order are a set of living principles derived from ancestral wisdom, guiding tribal members on how to conduct themselves, how to get along with others, and how to face nature. It emphasizes honesty, trustworthiness, sharing, respect, and responsibility, requiring tribal members to follow ancestral teachings, respect elders, maintain tribal harmony, and maintain a balance with all things in the mountains and forests.
Adhering to GAGA signifies good character and a strong sense of community; violating it is seen as disrupting communal living. For the Atayal people, GAGA is fundamental to life and a vital spiritual force for the transmission of their culture across generations.

"Lmuhuw originally meant 'to shuttle,' like piercing holes in the nodes of bamboo to let water flow through, or it refers to a river flowing from one place to another."
This imagery of "shuttle" precisely defines the essence of Atayal culture: it is a kind of "vocal weaving" that intertwines the teachings of ancestral spirits from the past with the social realities of the present.
